'Smart Cities' are Future Prisons for Us All
Part I: Last Saturday's March for Freedom in Oxford
We had an excellent turn-out at yesterday’s Campaign for Freedom in Oxford. The date was Saturday, February 18th. Those in attendance were demonstrating against the local council’s proposed plan to divide Oxford into six ‘15 minute’ districts à la so-called Smart Cities of the future.
Of course, this isn’t really Oxfordshire County Council’s own plan, and it’s not simply local either. No, the 'Smart Cities’ phenomenon is global and because I don’t want to keep caveating the contrived term with scare quotes throughout this article, I’m going to call these so-called Smart Cities what they really are intended to be by design, which is Enslavement Cities. And, no, I’m not joking or exaggerating.
These Enslavement Cities are being driven top-down by tyrannical globalists who control the United Nations and its deeply sinister Sustainable Development Agenda. The latter is but one aspect of the UN’s over-arching 2030 Agenda. If its long-stated goals are permitted to come to pass, the 2030 Agenda promises to turn the world on its head and soon make the lives and liberties that many of us took for granted not long ago virtually unrecognizable and maybe even all but forgotten within a generation.
Totalitarian China is the model. Here’s a screenshot from present-day China that gives a pretty good indication of what the bars to our own future prisons may look like some day based on our current trajectory. See LawyerLisa’s Substack article below in supplemental for more on this:
Big Tech is comprehensively invested in the Enslavement City business, as are the world’s leading tyrannical asset management firms, major financial houses, and many other large corporations. Why? What interest do Big Tech et al have in designing and determining how we all live, and without our say, no less? Well, as it turns out, quite a lot, actually. Read Shoshana Zuboff for a crash course on this or read Patrick Wood’s Technocracy to learn how so-called Smart Cities are projected to be a $2.4 trillion dollar industry in the foreseeable future.
Of course, if you watched Vera Sharav’s extraordinary documentary, Never Again is now Global, none of this should surprise you, as you will already know that many large American corporations helped fund both Hitler’s rise and the Nazi Holocaust - and they did so actively, knowingly, and deliberately.
These guilty corporations include several household names that persist as going concerns to this very day, including IBM, General Motors, and the Ford Motor Company, to name but a few. They also included several monopolists who were obsessed with eugenics, such as John D. Rockefeller and Henry Ford. In this respect, today’s Bill Gates, whose fingerprints are on everything, including Enslavement Cities, is a near perfect carbon copy of these monsters past. Gates will be the first to profess affinity and admiration for the Rockefeller family and its foundation.
Returning to today’s Enslavement City plans, here in the UK both Oxford and Canterbury are the tip of this particular totalitarian spear. The respective residents of these counties, who have been given, and will be given, no legitimate democratic say in the matter, are the chosen lab rats many more are slated to follow them up and down the country. But make no mistake, Enslavement Cities are making advances all over the world.
Enslavement Cities, and internment camps (yes, really, camps are already with us too, but that’s for another post), are part of an even larger agenda being perpetrated on us all by our globalist cabal. This agenda has been in the works for decades, largely behind the scenes, but it went into overdrive, stepped out into plain sight, and became truly global in early 2020. If the globalist psychopaths behind this agenda are not sufficiently challenged through mass uprisings, an Enslavement City will be headed your way in a matter of years, if not already.
Whereas stated plans in both Oxford and Canterbury are so openly brazen and therefore much easier to see through, London, with its expanding ULEZ regime, has been effectively captured in stealth already.
Most of London’s residents, of which I am one, hardly noticed our future digital prison being built up around us. If we did, we completely misunderstood what was happening. Sure, when the city’s first congestion charge scheme was implemented under former Mayor Ken Livingston in 2003, it was highly controversial. However, concerns were mostly about financial costs to drivers and commercial impacts to businesses within the zone. There were seemingly good arguments on both sides. In favor of the congestion charge was the fact that congestion was a legitimate concern. Furthermore, according to government data, which at the very least seemed credible at the time, air pollution was (and presumably remains) a serious problem that was contributing to thousands of early deaths annually.
However, few of us stopped to consider the the mass surveillance implications of the congestion zone, which was made possible by supercomputing, powerful algorithms, and tens of thousands of additional CCTV cameras in a city already widely recognized as one of the most surveilled in the world. Likewise, few of us appreciated the degree of control and potential to perpetrate hinderances and harms on our lives that were inherent in all of this. As one who has spent his entire career in technology, I am embarrassed to admit that I did not see the risks either. I guess that’s because I used to trust the media and at least the intentions of governments in those days.
Fast forward to the present and the precedent that the initial congestion zone set has made it easy for officials to relentlessly expand this still relatively new regime, both in terms of size and scope (empowering government), and in cost to citizens (disempowering the people), without reasonable justification or meaningful consultation. Furthermore, there are no checks and balances in place and no emergency break mechanism to halt the trajectory.
Now we have ULEZ, the Ultra Low Emission Zone, which will soon have enveloped greater London at large. Today’s ULEZ means that those with diesel fuelled vehicles must pay the local government £15 a day to drive their cars anywhere. Never mind that it was the UK Government, no doubt bribed by corrupt German automobile manufacturers, which went whole hog on promoting ‘new diesel technology’ as environmentally friendly in the first place, and is therefore directly responsible for the proliferation of diesel vehicles across the UK.
People have been duped into believing that cutting Co2 is necessary to save the world. This is certainly true of most Londoners too. They do not know that this is in fact the single biggest ruse of all time, and one that puts them on a path to total subjugation and control by others. Of course, ULEZ is a perfect divide-and-conquer strategy. The vast majority of Londoners don’t drive diesel vehicles and many of them already own or would like to own EVs. So they don’t bother to consider the implications, because they don’t think they’ll be effected. In this, they are foolish and sadly mistaken.
They don’t realise that the surveillance we’ve surrendered to starting with the original with congestion zone scheme up to ULEZ in the present day effectively gives the government the power to outlaw all petrol based vehicles anytime they wish. It never occurs to them that governments and those who control them have every intention of using this power, and that their words and actions tell us so all the time.
The implications of this are that once everyone is then running on EVs, one tyrant’s thumb will eventually be able to grind us all to a halt - individually, in targeted groups, or en masse, at the push of a button or that algorithms will control where each of us can and cannot go as a matter of course. These are some of the reasons why so many of us were out demonstrating at Oxford yesterday. Again, the good news there is that the turnout was excellent and the fight continues!
Of course, it would not have been a ‘legitimate’ demonstration without the usual censorship and propaganda the world has had to become accustomed to the past three years. Case in point, check out this beauty, apparently from Antifa no less:
Antifa really do project what they are and what they stand for! Either that, or I simply had no idea that I and all the other people you see in these photos are “fascists” supporting “genocidal causes”. For more on (the CIA created and supported) Antifa, which the DNC, the mainstream media, and our feckless U.S. government are all apologists for, if not cheerleaders, follow Andy Ngo:
I understand that the savvy Substackers who find this page tend to be more than au fait with the New World Order agenda and its seemingly endless facets. However, for those who have not yet spent much time reading about so-called Smart Cities, or who might like some material to share with those around them who are not familiar with their true meaning, I’m including a supplemental article below which contains a series of excepts on Smart Cities from several books I have read from notable authors including Dr. Vernon Coleman, Patrick M. Wood, and David Icke.
I will finish this article with a a few more photos from Saturday’s demonstration. But first, I would like to give a shout-out and huge thanks to James Roguski for posting about yesterday’s Oxford event back in early January. In today’s world of rampant censorship and suppression, there is a good chance I would not even have known about the event were it not for the heads up from James. His article below is comprehensively sourced with videos, articles, and other information. It is well worth reading:
In these districts, it is said, most household essentials will be accessible by a quarter-of-an-hour walk or bike ride, and so residents will have no need for a car.
On the surface, these 15-minute neigbourhoods might sound pleasant and convenient. But there is a coercive edge. The council plans to cut car use and traffic congestion by placing strict rules on car journeys.
Residents will have to register their cars with the council and they will be tracked to count their journeys through the key gateways. It’s the social credit scheme that starts with your car and works like anti-frequent-flyer points.
Under the new proposals, if any of Oxford’s 150,000 residents drives outside of their designated district more than 100 days a year, he or she could be fined £70.

Dr. Carrie Madej Talks About The Blue Streetlights - JUNE 23, 2022:
I have personally seen the slow creep of these laser-based streetlights in my US home state, which is Hawaii. They look much like this snapshot from Dr. Madej’s video here:
Dave, I had heard a minuscule amount about 15 minute cities. I think I can now get credit for a course on this. Your information identified is sooooo great! Loved the links to rebel news and the signs. Thank you for taking this topic for a full ride to clarity. Will share
Thanks for the mention! Looked like a successful day for you guys. Hope it all works out.
